On April 27, 2007, Doug Tolmie produced the Visions of Valor Gala co-hosted by Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation Board members Bruce McCaw and Dave McIntyre.  25 of the 110 living recipients of the Congressional Medal of Honor attended the event at Seattle's Museum of Flight and were honored during the evening.  Also, awards of national significance were presented to actor/entertainer Gary Sinise (The Bob Hope Entertainer Award), Washington Congressman Norm Dicks (Distinguished Citizen Award), and to the retired Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General John Shalikashvili (Circle of Honor Award).

The private, black-tie affair attended by 330 invited guests featured the music of Fred Radke and the legendary Harry James Orchestra.
